WEIGHT MANAGEMENT $90.00

 A comprehensive analysis of whole body health with an emphasis on weight management. The session will include an analysis of stress (trapped emotions contributing to weight gain and other stress factors), how you are breathing, hormones, cortisol levels, nutritional deficiencies, colon health, and exercise. A plan will be instituted to help you set goals and succeed in those goals.
